This one's actually dumped by nensondubois, and technically tagged by him too, as I have the original SPC from spcdumpers. I only ended up finalizing the tagging.
I have no idea who composed the music, but nensondubois came up with The Doctor. Thus, I accept it.
Note that I used sfctc... a bit on the clever side. stc was taken by my very own Super Trump Collection, and snestc would have been too long.

Just consider me your friendly SPC dumper. Also a bit of a perfectionist (though not too literally)... I make sure my dumps are at the first note. I might even hack away the SFX if needed.
