Post subject:  Lion King (Second update)

Six tracks straight out of the "Early Prototype" version. With one major exception (the opening to the Circle of Life, played as a sample), they're all rearrangements of songs already used in the game.

So... I just found this video about creepy Easter eggs in seemingly innocent video games...

...and the first entry on this list talks about an unused variation of "Hoo Hah" that sounds... really weird. Might be worth looking into, to see if this is a legit variation, or some kind of odd glitch. My guess is the latter, though I can't say for certain.

Hello, YK! Long time no see (at least for posting)!

This is one of the songs that uses sample swapping... well, kind of. I have identified this as likely being a bug due to the wrong sample being loaded first, as a kalimba (at least that's what I think it sounds like) is supposed to play there, but it looks like it either sometimes doesn't get loaded or something else happens. It also only lasts for the first loop, and therefore the bug would be permanent on a SPC dump. I already verified the original dump as being correct (and it was the only one that was correct, as the rest of them either had pitch problems or something else was wrong due to the sample swapping that was used).

I'm also curious if this bug exists on real hardware. I'm just using SNES9X most of the time...
