Well, now I'm on a roll with the new SPC sets... at least until I run out of SPC sets that only needed tagging. I only have a few to go, then I'm all out. Captain Tsubasa 4 is not on this list (that still has track identification and ordering on the TODO list).
This particular game joins the ranks of Steel Talons as one of the few video games to get away with 3D graphics without the Super FX... or any other chip for that matter. Steel Talons' music was not dumpable in SPC format (however, I have released the music modifier), but this one is dumpable. Why? Because the music was done by Mark Van Hecke.
This game beats Revolution X and Hebereke no Oishii Puzzle wa Irimasen ka for having one of the shortest collections of tracks (in terms of average time per track), with none of them going past 25 seconds long to two loops.
This one I had attempted a long time ago, and I had technical difficulties due to channel muting problems on SNES9X 1.51.
Four of the tracks that I picked up with the music modifier came out unused when I investigated the calls to play each piece of music. Another two were variations, and both were unused as well, though I simply marked them as a variation in the tracklist.

Just consider me your friendly SPC dumper. Also a bit of a perfectionist (though not too literally)... I make sure my dumps are at the first note. I might even hack away the SFX if needed.
Want a music modifier for a particular SNES game? All you need to do is ask via PM (or you can check out the Music Modifiers topic and post there) and I'll be on the job. ^_^
