There's a new homebrew game for the SNES out, it's got some nice chiptune music:

I actually already ripped the entire soundtrack, and have all but one track identified (or at least encountered in-game).

Want a music modifier for a particular SNES game? All you need to do is ask via PM (or you can check out the Music Modifiers topic and post there) and I'll be on the job. ^_^

Hey, that's great, thank you!

Could the unidentified track by any chance sound like
a chiptune rendition of the theme from the Nickelodeon show Dora the Explorer? ;)

That's the alternate title screen tune you get as a reward for finding all secrets in the game (2 sidekicks and 4 cones).
Makes the boss pretty happy, too!

Thanks for the identification! I found all but one of the cones (I have a guess for where that last one would be, and you would normally be hurrying up there, making it extra hard).

Shockingly, you're right: that is the TV show theme!

You know something? I have much more than this SPC set that I should finalize and release. College killed off my SPC set production years ago (and I have been doing SPC sets since I was originally on the G3!), and I had intended to code a magic SPC tagger to solve a repetition issue back in 2013 in C++. The tagger is only half complete, because it doesn't cover extended ID666.

I actually composed music for a few SNES games if you want to dump some SPC sets of your own. One of them in particular has a lot of unused tracks inside. :)

Oh, that's cool!
Which games did you work on?

2048, Uwol (the SNES port), MazezaM Challenge and Tchou. Tchou has a lot of unused music in it.
