Depends on if it is embedded in the music or not.
If it's embedded in the music, then you're definitely not getting rid of it, otherwise you risk losing other parts of the music in the process of trying to hack it away (doing it through SPC tags WILL fail because not all SPC players implement this feature, and I can easily catch this).
If it's not embedded in the music, then I do it the old fashioned way... music modifier plus correct value equals redump.

This also determines if we're dealing with embedded SFX.
Sadly, the sound test, where these dumps most likely came from, is not promising, as it does play the SFX anyways (that's track 03 if my instinct is correct).

Just consider me your friendly SPC dumper. Also a bit of a perfectionist (though not too literally)... I make sure my dumps are at the first note. I might even hack away the SFX if needed.
Want a music modifier for a particular SNES game? All you need to do is ask via PM (or you can check out the Music Modifiers topic and post there) and I'll be on the job. ^_^
