Oh dear. I don't trust ZSNES, especially if you overdo the echo (resulting in data loss on real hardware because the echo buffer overwrites it: in SNESMod's case, the sample data is the first to go). And I'm not sure if SPC2ROM handles those conversions correctly... especially with echo.
Maybe if you have a SD card, you can use sd2snes and play your music that way:
http://sd2snes.de/blog/Also, for converting SPCs to music that can be played on a real SNES: I recomment spcplayer by mic (you either need WLA DX or a hex editor to use your own .spc files):
http://jiggawatt.org/badc0de/spcplayer-1.4.ziphttp://jiggawatt.org/badc0de/spcplayer.htmIf you use a hex editor to modify the ROM, first, zero out all values past $8000. Then, enter a $04 at $8001, and an $EF at $8006. Then, copy your data from $00100-$10100 in the SPC file into $10000-$20000 in the ROM.

Just consider me your friendly SPC dumper. Also a bit of a perfectionist (though not too literally)... I make sure my dumps are at the first note. I might even hack away the SFX if needed.
Want a music modifier for a particular SNES game? All you need to do is ask via PM (or you can check out the Music Modifiers topic and post there) and I'll be on the job. ^_^
